The ancient village in which it is located, Mercato Saraceno, already existed in 1153 when Saraceno degli Onesti wanted to create a market near the watermill, on the clearing near the river with the only bridge over the Savio between Cesena and Bagno di Romagna.
Casa del Moro has retained the style of the medieval village, adding restored elements to support its centuries-old identity.

Casa Utopia is a unique residence located in the heart of the ancient districts of Santarcangelo. It takes its name from the mural by artist Ericailcane, painted on one of its façades in 2020, inspired by Thomas More's novel "Utopia."
